MQDC, or Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited, a developer of residential projects, mixed-use projects, and themed projects under various brands such as The Forestias, Magnolias, Whizdom, The Aspen Tree, and Mulberry Grove, aimed at promoting the health of residents and creating a sustainable quality of life, has won the People’s Choice Award. This award recognizes it as one of the top real estate companies, voted as one of the ten most favored real estate brands in Thailand by consumers. The voting considered project quality, brand reputation, and consumer satisfaction, and was verified by an independent committee of experts from various sectors of the real estate industry.

Furthermore, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, part of the PropertyGuru Group, launched the People’s Choice Awards for the first time in Thailand in July 2023. This initiative allows those looking for homes and condos in Thailand to engage more in the real estate sector. The People’s Choice Awards enable all Thai people to support and endorse projects that truly meet their needs. Voting took place from July 26 to August 9, where the general public in Thailand cast their votes through the award organizer's website.

Ten brands were selected to receive the People’s Choice Awards, with consumers evaluating them based on project quality, brand reputation, and consumer satisfaction. This award presentation is part of the Property Guru Thailand Property Awards, which is being held for the 19th year.
